Romano and Belgium at the Beach

This is my entry.
I worked so hard on this.
I really suck at background but I think I did my clouds pretty good.

I had no idea where to put Belgium's hand so I just let it lay on her lap.
I wasn't sure if I should have made Romano's curl into a heart or not......
I honestly do not know how to draw a bare chest. >.>
I think my muse is coming back!!
